02Services
YMC-Tech provides enterprise technology consulting, software engineering, system architecture, and related professional services. Our services are provided on a project or retainer basis as agreed in separate written agreements.
- The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of each engagement are defined in a dedicated Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement.
- YMC-Tech reserves the right to refuse service to any party at our sole discretion.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website.
03Acceptable Use
When using our website and services, you agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or data associated with YMC-Tech.
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or spam.

04Intellectual Property
The content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of YMC-Tech Technology and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Work product created specifically for a client under a signed agreement becomes the property of that client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
YMC-Tech retains the right to display the existence (but not confidential details) of client work in our portfolio unless explicitly prohibited by the client agreement.
05Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YMC-Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you to YMC-Tech in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to such liability.
06Termination
YMC-Tech may terminate or suspend your access to our website and services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms of Service.
For ongoing service contracts, termination terms are governed by the specific service agreement in place between YMC-Tech and the client.
07Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
