- Explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1 / GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)): Where you have given clear, informed consent.
- Contract performance (KVKK Art. 5/2(c) / GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)): Processing necessary for contract performance.
- Legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2(ç) / GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)): Processing required to comply with law.

- Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
07Your Rights Under GDPR
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under the GDPR:
- Right to data portability (Art. 20): Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18): Request limitation of how we use your data.
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
